
Nancy Hill received a masters degree in Psychology and a second masters in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Educational Technology at Texas A & M University. Nancy has worn many hats in education, including designing and delivering instructor-led courses (life skills, psychobehavioral topics, cancer awareness, new employee orientation), designing and developing online courses, implementing and managing an enterprise learning management system, designing continuing professional education, and serving as adjunct faculty for Lee College. In her current position as senior educational specialist at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Nancy provides instructional design and development for departments within Academic Affairs. She is particularly interested in cognitive and motivational elements in learning, and best practices for effective use of emerging technologies.
